Confirm the package and cards match the order. Do not use a product that appears altered or arrives from an unverified seller.

Start with a careful check
Use only the official MoonCold app and the instructions packaged with your card set. The final activation and recovery guide will accompany the commercial release.
2. Install the official app
Follow the link published on the MoonCold website or verified Google Play listing. Check the developer name before installation.
3. Enable NFC
Turn on NFC, open the app, and follow the on-screen card detection process. Remove thick phone cases if detection is unreliable.
4. Follow the device flow
Complete initialization and backup exactly as shown by the official app and packaged instructions. Do not improvise a recovery method.
5. Verify addresses
Before receiving or sending, confirm the asset, network, address, amount, and fee. Consider a small test transaction.
6. Store backups separately
Keep backup devices or recovery material in separate secure locations. Never photograph or share sensitive recovery information.
MoonCold support will never ask for a private key or recovery phrase. Stop if any website, message, or caller requests one.
