HOW IT WORKS
A card powered by a tap.
MoonCold communicates with a compatible smartphone through Near Field Communication (NFC). The card has no battery, port, or display; it receives power from the phone's NFC field during a tap.
2. Review the details
Check the address, network, amount, and displayed fee before moving ahead.
3. Tap the card
Hold the card near the NFC area of your phone for the card confirmation step.
4. Check the outcome
Review the app response and, when applicable, independently verify the transaction on the relevant network.
Chip model, cryptographic protocol, key generation, backup method, and supported transaction types will be documented in the full technical specification. A card tap is one security control; it does not make any wallet immune to theft, phishing, or user error.
