Warranty information
The final limited warranty will identify the seller, coverage period, eligible territories, exclusions, and claim process before checkout opens.
Coverage
The published warranty will describe defects in materials or workmanship covered for MoonCold cards purchased through authorized channels.
What is not covered
Expected exclusions may include misuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, cosmetic wear, loss, theft, and damage caused by unsupported environments. Final wording requires approval by the operating company.
Digital assets
A hardware warranty concerns the physical product. It cannot reimburse lost digital assets, network fees, market losses, incorrect transfers, compromised recovery information, or third-party service failures.
Claims
Customers will need proof of purchase and may need to provide product information. Never include a private key or recovery phrase in a warranty request.
Legal rights
Mandatory consumer rights may apply in addition to the limited warranty and cannot be excluded where prohibited by law.
